Charity is a very serious matter and should be treated as such. Nurturing a sense of solidarity toward someone or something in need is sacred and must be protected from any speculation. Above all, the small sums made available for the good of others—that is, 90% of donations—must arrive as they were "felt" and sent.

 

Unfortunately, all the large global charitable organizations do not respect this way of considering charity.

They are giants and, as such, they detract from the true value of donations, without donors realizing it.

For their enormous structures, the vital priority is to support themselves first and then allocate whatever remains to the true recipient, be it a human being or a public utility organization.

For this reason, I find this system absolutely despicable and unfair, bordering on fraud. There are enormous interests at stake, and where there is large amounts of capital, there are huge financial "games." 

 

When you want to do good for someone, you must never betray this feeling, even if it means losing out, because it is an important commitment, a great promise, and you must have the strength, courage, and above all, the honesty and dignity to see it through without disappointing anyone. Since 2008, this principle has always been my personal commandment: "Do not betray those who believed in me, those who followed me, helped me, and supported me."

And I'm proud of it, not for the praise or the medals, but for having truly benefited so many children and families, even today, 18 years later. I'm not the only one who does it, obviously; there are several organizations that think like me, but we're still few. My organization has never distributed candy, toys, used clothes, flour, the fleeting moments of a day.

I created a unique, precise, banally practical and simple, functional model and I have always worked on it to make it increasingly perfectible over time.

Anyone who wants to help me can do so safely. Always.

All without deducting a single cent from donations. I've structured my small association so that I can personally absorb those few, unavoidable expenses I incur.
